REFUND POLICY

 Our goal is to make each and every customer happy with both our products and our service. We strive to provide every customer with enough information and test ride experience to make the right decision.

eBIKES

We do not stock eBikes for sale. We order brand new eBikes directly from our vendors whenever a customer order is placed. You can be assured that your bike is not only in excellent condition but brand new. Your new bike will never be ridden by anyone else prior to purchase except for the technician who builds your eBike.

Because eBikes suffer wear and tear the minute they are used by the customer we cannot resell a returned eBike as new.

We are unable to offer a refund on an eBike purchase.

An exchange is available only for eBikes that suffer warranty issues that cannot be resolved in a reasonable amount of time.

ACCESSORIES

Accessories may be returned within 30 days of purchase. All accessories must be in new condition and returned in their original packaging along with all materials.

To return an accessory item simply send us a return request at info@velocitycommuting.com and we will issue a return authorization number.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please allow 7-10 days to receive your refund. Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as originally used.
